	"A Glimpse of Old Monroe" Book Cover by Pearl Hubbell. This book, now out of print, is a history of Monroe by Town historian, Edward Nichols Coffey.
	St. Peter's Church by Jan Wilson. Shown as it looked in 1900, this church is located at the southern end of the Monroe Center Green.
	The Babbit-Hurd Homestead by Joan Sondergaard. Dating from 1735, this homestead is pictured here as it looked during the 1940's and 50's when the farm was an important dairy known as Whitney Farms and Stables.
