Butterflies Made From Coffee Filters

For each butterfly you will need: 2 coffee filters 1 spring-tpye clothespin Pipe cleaner or chenille stem (optional) Food Coloring, 2 or 3 colors Mix food colors with water in small bowls. Fold each coffee filter to create "corners" or angles. Dip each corner - gently- into a color; do not soak. Turn the coffee filter after each "dip" so that colors run together. Open out, then scrunch filter in the middle; clip into the clothespin. Let dry. Optional: Attach pipe cleaner antennae. |
